Sips Soda Shop will be set up at Foothills Insurance Services on Sugar Hill Road this Thursday, May 21 from 11 AM–5 PM!

We’ll be directly across from McDowell County Head Start and close to Dunkin’ Donuts, so swing by, say hey, and grab your favorite Sips drink while you’re out and about.

We had our Spring Fling yesterday with some of our clients in Caldwell County. Our guest speaker was Micah (who happens to be our son). He is a Paramedic and shared helpful information about 911 protocols, signs of stroke and fall prevention. It was a fun, informative time!

We had a great time celebrating Valentine's Day with our seniors yesterday at Bo's Family Entertainment. We played some games, had refreshments and had a question and answer time. Bo's did an awesome job with the decorations. We sure love our seniors!!!
