With the bank closed for the federal holiday yesterday, we had a great opportunity to bring our entire team together for a staff training day! From IT and cybersecurity training to updates on banking regulations and the projects our teams are working on, it was a valuable day to learn, share knowledge, and stay up to date on the things that help us serve our customers and communities.

We also welcomed a guest speaker from our 401(k) plan provider, who shared helpful insights on making the most of the generous retirement savings match Rivers Edge Bank offers our team and planning for the future. Because investing in our people means helping them feel confident about their own financial futures, too!

We love having the opportunity to step away from our day-to-day routines, connect as one team, and keep learning together. It was a great day, and we're grateful to work for a bank that values continued growth—for our team and for the communities we serve
