🔔🏡 Ring the bell for these clients! 🎉

This was one of the most challenging loans we’ve worked on in quite some time, but a great example of why creative financing solutions matter. 💪💼

The subject property is located on a remote island on the East Coast and is rented only part of the year due to seasonal weather conditions that can make the island difficult to access for short-term rental. 🌊🏝️

Because the property sits dormant for a portion of the year and doesn’t generate rental income during that time, several traditional lenders were unable to consider it acceptable collateral. 🚫🏦

That’s where we got creative! 💡

We were able to structure the financing through Non-QM lending, allowing us to successfully finance the property while also securing the cash-out funds our clients needed for various projects and improvements to the property. 🔑💰🏠

Challenge accepted. Problem solved. ✅🎯
