Marie has a long history in the mortgage lending industry primarily located in the Atlanta metropolitan area, yet has nationwide lending capability. As an Atlanta area Mortgage Lender, she is committed to honesty and integrity while providing education and guidance throughout the home buying process. Marie is focused on engaging each client by tailoring the home buying experience to their level of need. It’s important to place the borrower at ease while guiding them through the home loan process. Providing excellent customer service is the standard.

Regardless of home buyer status; whether a veteran; first-time home buyer, move-up buyer, investor or relocation buyer, special emphasis is placed on delivering the best lending experience. Investing time to perform a thorough needs analysis is the first step to determining the right down payment, interest rate and loan structure in order to recommend the correct loan product. The lending process has many moving parts, so knowledge of current guidelines, ability to communicate and set expectations and appropriately manage time frames is key to a successful transaction.

Marie is a graduate of Georgia State University with a BBA in Decision Sciences. Marie is deeply involved in her community, both personally and professionally. She believes that giving back is her most valued accomplishment.
