Congrats to my client purchasing her forever home!! She has such great plans to expand her craft are into a dream space. Each closing is so special to me because of the relationships we build and I get to be part of their story, which i don’t take for granted. Their trust in me and the Affinity Home Lending LLC team truly humbles me.

Today, my client got to be the first to receive my new home book that I customize for their home, maintenance tips, service logs, and much more. I’m so excited to debut it and that she loved how thorough it is. She loved that it makes all the un-fun side of owning a home fun with organization. She can even transfer it to the next homeowners with clean records of how well she kept up her home (even help it sell faster too).

With some creative thinking, my client is now exceeding their goal they reached out to me for and improving their quality of life and working toward better financial freedom. Plus, with a hybrid closing, they’re able to close in the comfort of their home on this refinance so they don’t have to re-configure their children’s schedules for closing. It’s a great win all around!!
