📉The US 10Y (the U.S. Treasury 10 year yield) dropped below 4️⃣% again! This is great news for mortgage rates today!! If you have needed to refinance or waiting to lock your mortgage rate on a purchase, NOW is a great time.

DON’T wait for the Feds to cut rates in December. Mortgages are tied directly to the Fed rate, they’re tied to Mortgage Backed Securities which typically follows the 10 year yield. When you see that drop, mortgage rates are with it and we typically see them drop 3-4 ahead of the expected Fed rate cuts, which is NOW.
