This position reports directly to our Compliance & Administrative Manager and will be located at our Marietta Corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate is dependable, has strong organizational skills, an ability to multi-task and great leadership skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
~Lead a team of 2-3 administrators.
~Manage day-to-day work responsibilities.
~Heavy written correspondence handling.
~Handle and respond to client deliverables.
~Communicate with clients via email when necessary.

Job Requirements:
~2+ years supervising a team.
~Strong communication skills.
~Hands on administrative support experience.
~Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Customer Service, Data Entry a must.

Sequium is looking to fill several Collector positions at our Marietta location. In this position you will contact consumers and negotiate repayment of outstanding debt obligations. Our training program offers education on the most technologically advance collections system, our client requirements, system/account codes and negotiation skills. Sequium offers a respectfully, encouraging environment with growth opportunities.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years prior 3rd party collections experience handling targeted outbound and inbound calls and negotiating the repayment of past due accounts.

$17 - $20/hour (Based on Experience + monthly bonus opportunity) * Paid training * Full Benefits * Paid Time Off * Paid Training * 401K * Referral Program * Tuition Reimbursement
