Many payments also include:
🏡 Property taxes
🛡️ Homeowners insurance

Those costs are typically paid through an escrow account, where a portion is collected monthly and paid on your behalf when bills come due.

And here’s something important to know:
Your rate may stay fixed… but your payment can still change if taxes or insurance increase.

Understanding escrow before buying can save a lot of confusion later.
