This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Terry, our receptionist and utility clerk.

Terry is often one of the first friendly voices people hear when they call UBIC, and she helps set the tone for the responsive, helpful service our agents count on.

Behind the scenes, Terry also supports the daily flow of the office — helping with calls, clerical tasks, paperwork, mail, payments, and the many little details that keep things moving smoothly.

Her role touches so many parts of our day, and we’re grateful for the care, consistency and helpful spirit she brings to UBIC.

It’s getting hot out there — and heat safety is an important reminder for many businesses this time of year.
