Looking for a personable person to manage an existing book of business and help grow our long established agency. Job responsibilities would include:

-Answer phones and greet clients
-Quote & Issue new business
-Rounds out accounts by selling other products
-Follow up on new policies to make sure they are issued and received
-Process changes for clients on existing policies
-Resolves product or service problems by working with company or customers
-Follow up on changes/endorsement to make sure processed by the company
-Re-market renewal policies
-Process payments for clients
-Maintain electronic files on clients
-Scan all pertaining documents into computer
