It's the first day of hurricane season! PLEASE buy, read, and/or review my book. PLEASE.
Thursday night, I had a group of writers/readers discuss a couple sections of the book. I was pleasantly surprised that they could visualize what was a somewhat unrealistic Snow White/Charles Darwin moment of the book and they loved it. They also were impressed with the realistic portrayal of depression and recovery.
The other possible absurd fiction section, I had a friend talking about Hurricane Ian and they recounted the fiction in my book as a false memory of what their friend went through. I couldn't be happier with the feedback that I've been receiving.
