Black Insurance Group, LLC Valued Customers

After 8 years of dedicated service Mel has decided to retire. Because of this transition we will permanently close our Brookfield office at 117 N. Main St. on 07/31/2026. Although we will no longer have a physical location in Brookfield, MO, Black Insurance Group, LLC will remain supportive and active in the community. We believe in saving our advertising dollars to help in every community that we have business in. We have tried to find a new staff member, but we have not found anyone with the insurance knowledge to be able to take care of our customers the way we need them to. We want to reassure you that your service will continue without interruption.

Our office at 115 E. Howell Marceline, MO 64658 will remain open with Cathi, Karla, and Debbie taking care of business as usual. We know sometimes people may not be able to get to Marceline and we will make every effort to help ALL of our out-of-town customers.

You do not need to take any action. All of your files and policies have always been through our Marceline office. Please leave a voicemail if we are busy on the phone or have a customer with us. We make every effort to get back with those that leave messages on the same day but if we cannot we will try and make every call back within 24 hours. We are incredibly grateful for your business and look forward to continuing to take care of your insurance needs. Please join us in wishing Mel a happy and well-deserved retirement. We are going to miss her.
