Hi folks. A lot of people seem to believe that homes are not selling right now. Not true!

Homes on the North Shore are going under agreement and selling nearly every day.

Inventory is low, so homes that are well price tend to go under agreement within a day or two.

So if you find something you like, it's important to move fast. Do you have a pre-approval letter from a lender? You'll need it to step forward and make an offer.
