After 13 years of dedicated leadership, President & CEO Charlie Zanayed will retire in 2026, leaving a legacy of growth, service, and an unwavering focus on members. At the same time, we are pleased to welcome Matt Kaudy as our next President & CEO beginning June 1.

This transition reflects thoughtful planning and a continued commitment to putting members first, today and into the future.

When community comes together, incredible things happen. Following the recent tornado damage in Ringle, Wis., CoVantage teams were proud to have boots on the ground, lending a helping hand where it mattered most.

Living our mission to welcome all regardless of wealth and working alongside those experiencing financial challenges, our teams shared free, hot meals, helped with yard clean‑up and debris removal, and provided on‑site financial solution services while checking in with members and offering personalized support. To further support recovery efforts, CoVantage also donated $30,000 to the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin to help meet immediate and long‑term community needs.

Credit unions were built around people helping people. It’s moments like these where compassion, teamwork, and service shine brightest. We’re deeply grateful for the staff who stepped up to support Ringle and proud to stand with the community as recovery continues.

As part of Financial Literacy Month, a partnership with Antigo High School brought The Financial Strategy Simulation to life for students.

This interactive program challenged students to manage a monthly budget while balancing real-world expenses such as housing, transportation, and childcare. Participants also explored the importance of saving, investing, and maintaining a strong credit score—gaining practical insight into how everyday financial decisions shape long-term outcomes.

Thank you Antigo High School for prioritizing financial literacy and career readiness, as well as to the volunteers and staff who helped make this experience meaningful and engaging.
