On Saturday morning, we had the honor of attending an inspiring MLK Jr. Scholarship Breakfast, surrounded by incredible Black women committed to service, leadership, and making a difference.

We know some powerful, trailblazing women—strong, driven, and always showing up with purpose women… ALL while lifting as they climb. 🌷🌼

A special thank you to the Ivy League Educational Foundation, Inc. and the AKA organization 🌷for hosting such a powerful event.

Let’s continue to honor Dr. King’s legacy through action, service, and community.

Today, we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr who will forever be a beacon of light in our nation's history.

What makes this year special is that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2024 takes place on King's actual birthday, Jan. 15, as the holiday is celebrated on the third Monday of January each year.

On behalf of Michelle Josias State Farm Agency, we celebrate today and make the choice to incorporate Dr. King's vision of community and inclusiveness thoughout our local Maplewood - South Orange community, the state of NJ, PA, NY and beyond!
