There’s something powerful about women showing up for each other. 💛

This weekend our team had the honor of sponsoring and walking in the momboss 5k - a morning built around connection, encouragement, and celebrating women in business.

From the walk itself to the incredible women-owned businesses in the market, this event is so much more than a 5k… it’s a reminder that when women support women, incredible things happen.

Grateful to be part of a community that lifts each other up 👟✨

Earth Day makes me think about the kind of “returns” we’re really trying to create.

Because yes…we invest in markets.
But we’re also investing in:
• the air we breathe
• the food we eat
• the world we get to explore

Being eco-conscious is a mindset...the same mindset that drives great financial planning: small, intentional choices made consistently over time.

What you spend.
What you save.
What you support.

It all adds up.

In portfolios…and on this planet 🌎

So tell me - what’s one small thing you’re doing today in honor of Earth Day? 🌱

Stay the course, stay persistent & stay consistent.

📅 Tax Day isn’t just a deadline… it’s a checkpoint ✔️

It’s one of the only times each year where everything comes into focus:

What you earned.
What you saved.
What you paid.
What surprised you.

Instead of rushing past it, pause here for a minute.
Maybe some things feel like a win. 💰️
Some things…maybe not your favorite 😬

But here’s the good part - now you know.

And knowing means you can adjust:
→ How much you save
→ How much you withhold
→ How you plan ahead

Take what you learned and make next year feel more intentional.

I read something recently that stopped me in my tracks…

Saying no = precise. One thing.
Saying yes = unclear. A lot of things you’re giving up that you don’t even see yet.

It got me thinking about all the areas of life where this tradeoff is quietly happening…

Time. Money. Energy. People. Attention. Calories. Ambition. Expectations.

So the question becomes:
Are your “yeses” aligned with the life you actually want?

Because whether it’s your calendar or your bank account…
every yes is shaping your direction 🧭

🍀 If building wealth were just about luck, we’d all be out hunting four-leaf clovers today.

But most financial success actually comes down to some pretty simple math:

Spend a little less than you earn.
Save consistently.
Give your money time to grow.

Turns out the real lucky charm is discipline. 🌈

March is Women’s History Month, so naturally we talk about progress.

And there has been real progress!

More women own businesses.
More women control wealth.
More women are leading companies.
More women are leading households.

But in conversations lately, I’ve noticed something interesting.

Many incredibly capable women are choosing to step back from the most demanding career tracks...opting for roles that are a little lighter, a little more flexible.

Not because they lack ambition. Or ability. Or work ethic.

But because the math of life is still uneven.

Caregiving.
Household logistics.
The mental load that keeps everything running.

For many women, the calculation becomes:
Where can I give a little so everything else holds together?

Women’s History Month feels like a good time to ask:
What would change in careers, leadership, and wealth building if that math looked different?

March is Women’s History Month - ever heard of Madam C. J. Walker?

She is widely considered the first self-made female millionaire in America.

Born in 1867 to parents who had been enslaved, she built a haircare company serving black women. But she didn’t just create a product...she built a business network. She provided career opportunities and economic independence for thousands of African American women.

Over 100 years ago, she was creating financial independence for women.

💘 This Valentine’s Day, try a different kind of date.

Not just dinner and dessert...
but a real conversation about money.

Because whether we like it or not, money is part of every relationship:
the dreams you share, the stress you feel, the future you’re building together.

Having these talks a couple times a year makes them less awkward...and a lot more empowering.

Love isn’t just about romance.
It’s about honesty, trust, and being on the same team ❤️

Groundhog Day says six more weeks of winter. 😩 ❄️

Not exactly the headline anyone was hoping for.

The US feels heavy right now.
And winter, both literal and figurative, has a way of amplifying that weight and testing our patience. Short and dark days, with cold mornings.
But, this too shall pass. Light returns, with warmer and longer days.

Money seasons work a lot like this, and progress rarely feels dramatic.
Instead, it’s built quietly, like moving through winter one day at a time, trusting that change is happening even when it’s not obvious yet.

Even when winter drags on, the news feels somber, and progress with money feels slow, the season is still shifting.
It always is, even when the groundhog says otherwise. 🌱
