It's been a while since I've posted, mostly because the music was always the same...most of the messages this past year have been telling us to look for hope as rates may change, or this might happen...the truth is, you have right now to make a decision, you cannot foresee the future and waiting for a rescue to tell you now is the right time is like waiting for a ship to rescue you in the middle of a desert. The Independent Community Bankers Association (ICBA) is promoting a plan that could reduce mortgage interest rates by 1% to 1.5% while improving mortgage affordability. Rates are currently the highest they have been in two decades.
