In the last week I have been able to get 4 separate clients pre-approved that were turned down by other lenders. One of them was turned down by 6 other lenders--she has an accepted offer on a home, one was turned down by 2 other lenders--they have an accepted offer on a home, the other two are doing a rapid re-score to get their credit from not qualifying to qualifying in a week (by paying down less than $200 in debt) and will be able to start house shopping!!! I absolutely love my job and the resources we have at our disposal! If you or someone you know has been denied by other lenders--CALL ME!!
