Story time… ✨

It’s amazing how things work out exactly the way they’re meant to.

I met my client in the spring, and by July this home hit the market. We went to see it right away, but it just didn’t feel right to him at the time. A few quirks, a little hesitation, and we kept searching.

And we searched a lot. Dozens of homes, different towns, different styles… but no matter what we saw, he always came back to this one. He’d say how much he wished he’d made a move, how great the house actually was, and how much it bothered him that he let the opportunity pass.

Then almost a month ago, the unexpected happened—the house came back on the market. The previous buyer’s deal fell apart, and suddenly he had the exact opportunity he’d been wishing for.

We didn’t waste a minute. We booked the showing immediately, walked through it again, and this time? No hesitation. He went in with a strong offer, knowing second chances don’t come around often.

Today, just under three weeks later, he gets to call this home his—and just in time for the holidays. 🏡✨
