Update: Erie system is back up and operational. We are working diligently on getting back to customers. Also, you are welcome to make a payment at www.erieinsurance.com. Some people are having issues accessing thier online accounts but the “one time payment” has been working.

We wanted to give everyone an update on the Erie systems. As of today, Erie’s entire network is still 100% down. We are not aware of a return date at this time. We are so sorry for this inconvenience.

We wanted to inform you that Erie Insurance is experiencing a company wide network outage since Sunday June 8th. We are not told when the system will be back up and operable. They are working diligently to get this issue resolved. All of the other carriers we represent have operating systems. Our office is open normal business hours of 8-5. We will make every effort, at the agency level, to provide as much customer service with the systems we do have. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
