Builders Risk Homeowners Insurance Policy

This type of policy is needed in a new construction/renovation scenario.

Builders risk protects a person's or organizations insurable interest in materials, fixtures and/or equipment to be installed during the construction or renovation of a building or structure should those items sustain physical loss or damage from a covered cause. It is often required to comply with government regulations or as a condition to meeting banking or other contractual arrangements.

Not all insurance carriers will insure a new build or list this endorsement specifically on the insurance policy.

We have several carriers that will offer a builders risk type policy for your insurance needs. Once the build is completed within 6-8 months of breaking ground we will remove that endorsement and adjust the rate of the policy accordingly.

We have low affordable rates from $400 and up, we work very closely with many banks to get all the requirements satisfied for a smooth closing process.
