What an incredible night of Blingo for the JZ Cancer Fund! ❤️

The Mankato Area Foundation put on an amazing fundraiser last night, and Michelle and I were honored to be invited to help out — and somehow I even walked away a Bingo winner! 🎉 And Michelle? She won the raffle! 🎉

But the best part of the night wasn’t winning anything. It was looking around the room and seeing just how many incredible people showed up.

The people who organized it.
The people who shared their stories.
The businesses and community members who donated.
And every single person who simply showed up to support a great cause.

It truly takes a village, and nights like last night remind me that we have one of the very best right here in the Mankato area.

One of my favorite parts about building The Cohrs Agency is that giving back isn’t something separate from what we do — it’s woven into it. Our agents get to be part of fundraising and community events that ultimately help put money into the hands of people who need it most, right here at home.

Michelle and I had an absolute blast at Blingo, but more importantly, we left with very full hearts.

Thank you to everyone who poured their time, talent, money, stories, and hearts into making last night happen. This is what community looks like. ❤️

📣 A LITTLE PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE COHRS AGENCY…

It’s Train More Week with Globe Life Family Heritage! 🎉

That means there’s an extra push happening right now to train new agents, get out into our communities, and ultimately protect more families — something we will ALWAYS get behind. ❤️

So, you may notice a few more Family Heritage agents roaming the wilds of Southwestern Minnesota this week. 😂 And before anyone asks — nope, they’re not all ours!

There are a couple of other Family Heritage agencies working in our backyard. They are not part of The Cohrs Agency or our Transparent Financial team — and that’s totally okay! There’s plenty of room at the table when the goal is helping families.

If you meet another Family Heritage agent and have a great interaction — high five ’em! 🙌 If they show you coverage that makes sense for you and your family, great! Take advantage of the opportunity. At the end of the day, another family protected is a win in our book.

We also believe strongly that insurance should never feel like a hostage negotiation. 😬

I spent the day feeling like Ed McMahon and Sherlock Holmes rolled into one. 😂

Why? Because I was on a mission to track down a client and hand-deliver a $25,000 Return of Premium check! 💰

Best part of working at The Cohrs Agency today? Puppies! 🐶❤️

While visiting one of our clients’ shops, I was greeted by a whole crew of adorable puppies looking for their forever homes. Needless to say, productivity took a brief pause while I soaked up all the puppy snuggles.

There’s something special about seeing these little faces waiting for the right family to come along. If you’ve been thinking about adding a furry friend to your home, this might be your sign.

Who could say no to those puppy eyes? 🐾
