We are honored to be named No. 1 in the nation for ‘Best Credit Unions to Work For’ by American Banker.

The No. 1 ranking marks our fourth consecutive year in the publication’s Top 10, following a No. 2 ranking in 2025, No. 6 in 2024, and No. 7 in 2023.

We are also the highest-ranked Wisconsin credit union for the fourth straight year.

“Earning the No. 1 ranking is a tremendous achievement and a reflection of the culture we've built together at UnitedOne,” UnitedOne Chief Executive Officer Amy Sonnemann said. “The support of our leadership team and Board of Directors has helped create an environment where employees feel valued and empowered to succeed. Their dedication translates into outstanding service for our members, who continue to inspire our mission every day.”

American Banker’s annual list recognizes 70 credit unions across the U.S. ranging in sizes of less than 30 employees to more than 3,000 employees.
