I get it, we all love working in the real estate industry… I honestly feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon this career 5 years ago.

My team and I run pretty hard… but someday I’d like to retire and play with my cows all day long! Crazy idea!

I’m as guilty as anyone, we have big months and sometimes slow winters, let’s not blow all our hard earned cash, we need a plan and a budget.

On a new construction our final appraisal came in at noon, we were cleared to close and docs to title by 2:30 for a 3PM closing. If we missed closing it's a $2500 bill to our buyer for the extension.
