Hannah Channel, every state, in fact each county has a very different way of doing things, Nebraska being one of them... Each bondsman needs to to be licensed in every state they write it ( don’t quote me, but I think they must also be a resident of that that state as well) so I’m afraid we won’t be of much service. If he’s still seriously interested, have him pM me and I’ll do the best I can to answer any specific questions he may have. But that’s the jest of it.
