Daniel grew up in the Los Angeles Area before moving to attend the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL to study for pastoral ministry where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Pastoral Studies. Daniel spent the first 17 years of his career in full-time ministry as a church planter, pastor and ministry leader. Daniel was driven to transition to a career in financial planning by
a desire to help people holistically. Without access to a trustworthy professional and sound strategies, good people get lost trying to navigate through all the noise. Daniel works with his clients to implement simple strategies now that will allow them to meet their goals and be tax-efficient years down the line. His personal mission statement is:

Daniel currently resides in Long Beach, California, with his wife of 16 years, Autumn, and their four children: Samuel, Aiden, Canon and Aria. Autumn Katz was Mrs. Long Beach 2017 and is currently a speaker, a coach, and serves as Associate Director of Career Development for Northwestern Mutual. During Daniel's free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and being involved with his kids’ activities, such as coaching their baseball, basketball and soccer teams. As an LA native, he has grown up as a diehard Lakers, Dodgers, Rams and Kings fan. Daniel and his wife Autumn also give much of their time to their church community as they look to make a difference in their city and beyond. Professional:
Daniel specializes in providing financial consulting to medical professionals, attorneys, business owners, and nonprofit executives. He is dedicated to enriching the lives of his clients and partners with them through financial advice and personalized planning. Daniel joined Northwestern Mutual in 2020 and in his first year of launching his practice he acquired over 100 clients and hit every benchmark of early success. This propelled him to become the first Field Director in the Manhattan Beach office. In this leadership role he is charged to identify, develop, and empower new professional talent to support their rapidly expanding firm. For the last nine consecutive years, their network office has ranked #1 nationally for new advisor growth and development.
