🚫 Vote NO on Prop 33!
• Protect your property rights: If Prop 33 passes, cities could enforce rent control on your personal residence, including single-family homes, rooms you rent out, and investment properties.
• Preserve new housing supply: Prop 33 discourages new development, which could reduce housing supply, limit affordable housing options, and eventually increase rent on existing properties.
• Protect property values and essential services: Declining property values mean less property tax revenue, leading to reduced funding for emergency services and schools.
• Keep control over your rent: We don’t want the government deciding how much rent to charge or mandating vacancy control, forcing us to rent to new tenants at old rental rates.
