Credit question during COVD-19 times.....

I know many of you are worried about the credit world at this time. I want to let you know, here at ESP Receivables Management, we have prepared for this type of situation and have a plan in place to help with these AR/panic issues. In these troubling economic times it is extremely important to maintain a good relationship with clients, even clients that are a little delinquent. ESP is offering a new innovative service that is aimed at preserving relationships and establishing good Receivables Management.
The economy is tanking and a lot of your customers are suffering both with ongoing sales and cash flow problems that could devastate their companies. We are offering a program that can help both our clients, and their customers, work though these problems. This program concentrates on customers that are more than 60 days but less than 120 days past due. Our experience customer service representatives will contact your customers and make them aware that their business is appreciated and that you understand the problems they are facing.
We will work our reduced terms (that you have previously approved) to allow them some leeway in weathering this financial crisis.

We are running a skeleton crew at this time and everything is running smoothly, all employees are working remotely except for essential staff. There are obviously new hurdles to overcome with children being home from school and many not able to work, however our art of negotiation will assist in overcoming this current travesty.
