Hey everyone!! We wanted to thank you all for the warm welcome back to Northshore Mortgage Partners! We are so excited to get back to our roots and show you what we are made of! Our team is growing by the day but we wanted to take a minute and introduce you to the team as it stands now! Stay tuned as we grow!

You all know our fearless leader, Ben Nihart! He is back to NMP and better than ever as our Branch Manager! He is our favorite TikTok star as well as the best Mortgage Lender there is! He has taught us everything we know and continues to lead us as we embark on this new journey! Ben is licensed in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Georgia and Tennessee! Looking to purchase or refinance in a different state? Ben collects licenses so just let us know and we can probably make it happen! 😉 Ben is also the self proclaimed Mobile Home King! 👑 He will take on any mobile home and make it happen when other lenders are afraid to even try!

Up next is Dalton McNeese! Dalton is our Mississippi boy and we can call him the Mobile Home Prince! 👑 He is so smart and your typical southern boy with the charm to match! He will guide you through every step of the home buying process as if he's been your best friend forever. Dalton is currently licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi!

Finally, we have Danielle Ice! Danielle is the processor of all of NMP's loans. She is overly organized and color codes everything so you can trust that your loan is in good hands! Danielle is also a licensed loan originator herself and is always willing to help Ben and Dalton's clients in any way she can!

DID YOU GET PRE-APPROVED? THAT IS AWESOME. But also TIMEOUT: Now that you're pre-approved, you want to be mindful of the credit profile your pre-approval is based on. Don't apply for new credit, max out or overcharge existing cards or consolidate debt unless okayed by your loan officer.
