Below is an important message from Noesis Data, Equifax Sales Agent regarding delivery of military notices for compliance with the Military Lending Act (MLA).

Good Morning:
As you are probably aware, the amendments to the Military Lending Act will go into effect October 3, 2016. The purpose of this email is to assure that you are informed of Equifax’s readiness and provide information to you if you are interested in receiving the MLA information through Equifax.

• Equifax will have MLA information available for accessing on the credit reports through Eport September 13, 2016
• Equifax will have MLA information available stand alone through Eport September 28, 2016
• Equifax has MLA available through system to system (not Eport), example, through FiServ, Jack Henry, Decision Pro, Credex System, Laser Pro, etc.

Please visit the LFA website Home Page (www.louisianafinanceassociation.com) to find a power point presentation with additional information regarding the MLA and an information form that will need to be completed if you do have interest in receiving this data on your credit reports.

Once the information form is completed and emailed back to your Equifax Representative, an addendum will be sent to you for your signature, and can also be emailed to your Equifax Representative. At that time, your addendum will be sent to Equifax for activation and when processed you will be notified from Equifax.
