⭐Underwriters: Our deep divers. The gurus. The ones who get the rap for being "the bad guys" but are truly one of the most essential pieces of the process. They take an in-depth look at your credit and financial background and ensure you meet the specific requirements for the loan. They are 💚the green light💚 in the mortgage process.
⭐Processors: The backbone. Behind every successful closing is a processor who makes the magic happen. and I mean HAPPEN. They dot the I's and cross the T's and keep the entire mortgage process running like a well-oiled machine. We work together with these rockstars to make sure every detail is handled and every client is cared for. It is this partnership that keeps deals moving, stress levels low(er), and dream turning into keys in hand. They are the calm in the chaos and the strength behind every smooth closing.
⭐Servicers: The bookends, The ones who manage your loan after closing. You may not typically thing about who your mortgage servicers are when you're deciding which company or loan officer you want to help you. But you absolutely should. They're the ones who will be there for you after your loan closes and possibly for the next 30 years! At Bravera, we retain our servicing rights so when you close on your home, you aren't left with a new provider you did not choose. You get to work with our team throughout the entiry of your loan!
