This private-pay company is additionally a Medicaid approved provider for HCBC (Medicaid Home & Community Based Care)/ Choices for Independence and a VA approved contractor. We also are

an accepted dealer for home modification riders on most Long Term Care insurance policies. Community House Calls offers start to finish service and reliability. Services, both one-time and on-going, include: home safety & accessibility assessments & reports; home safety modifications such as ramps, hand rails, doorways widened & thresholds removed; bathroom safety modifications such as barrier free showers and grab bars; routine and preventative maintenance programs; seasonal home adjustments; minor home repairs & improvements- as well as a variety of other services. The “Healthy Homes Today” division of Community House Calls offers help and support to those of any age with hoarding, cluttering and organizing challenges. They help return a home to a safe and comfortable environment while being compassionate and understanding of the individuals and the issues involved. Helping Seniors and Adults with Disabilities maximize independence at home through modifications and adaptations to the home environment.
