Hello everyone,

This is Jennifer. First, I want to sincerely apologize for not responding to Facebook messages as quickly as I would have liked. Unfortunately, I have not had someone available to consistently monitor and answer questions on the page.

As I wanted to personally follow up and let everyone know that I appreciate your patience and understanding. The past year has been challenging, and one issue I have faced is that this company page is linked to my personal page, which has created some difficulties in managing communications effectively.

Please know that I am actively working on a solution so that messages can be answered more efficiently and in a timely manner. Providing excellent customer service and being available to assist our community remains very important to me. I will be answering messages as soon as I receive them today and hopefully moving forward. But, just know that you can also walk in to our office and or call the office number at 606-658-2276

Community Connections is excited to announce a FREE Technology Class for Senior Citizens!

Many seniors have health insurance plans that provide valuable benefits, including food cards, over-the-counter allowances, dental benefits, vision benefits, and more. Unfortunately, many people do not know how to access these benefits through their phone or download the apps needed to manage them.

During this class, we will help you learn:

✅ How to use your smartphone
✅ How to download apps safely
✅ How to create usernames and passwords
✅ How to access your health insurance benefits online
✅ How to check food card balances
✅ How to order over-the-counter items through your plan
✅ How to identify scam calls, texts, and emails
✅ Basic internet and Facebook safety
✅ Tips and tricks to make your phone easier to use

No question is too small! Whether you're new to smartphones or simply want to learn more, we are here to help.

❤️ Our goal is to empower senior citizens with the knowledge and confidence to take full advantage of the benefits they have earned.

This class is completely FREE and open to senior citizens throughout our community.

Community Connections is excited to announce that we are preparing for our 2026-2027 Back-to-School Clothing Assistance Program!

We have been working behind the scenes to gather clothing and prepare for another year of helping children in our community. Many of the items available are new with tags and include popular name-brand clothing that will help children feel confident as they head back to school.

This program will be focused on helping senior citizens who are raising their grandchildren and other qualifying relatives who have stepped up to care for children in need.
