You know how back in the ’50s and ’60s, people thought it was a great idea to cover up beautiful hardwood floors with wall-to-wall carpet?

Well, apparently someone had the same brilliant idea here… except they covered gorgeous old brickwork with YELLOW TILE. 🤣

Random thought…

I’ve been doing real estate for close to 10 years now, which is honestly hard for me to believe.

One of the funniest things is driving through completely random towns with my family and constantly saying, “Oh, I’ve been in that house!”… “I showed that one!”… or “I remember that house!”

After all these years, I’ve had the opportunity to walk through so many homes and be part of some really important moments in people’s lives.

And while I can joke about how many houses I’ve been in, I’ve never taken that privilege lightly. A home is one of the most personal and important things someone owns, and being trusted to step inside, give advice, help make decisions, and sometimes guide someone through a huge life change is something I take very seriously.

Pretty crazy to think about how many front doors I’ve walked through over the last decade and how many stories and incredible people were behind each one. 🏡

I’m trying to hold out as long as possible this year, especially with the price of heating fuel!

For now, extra layers, sweatshirts, and blankets are a MUST in the Kristoff household. 😂

Fall is easily my favorite time of year. 🍂 There’s just something about the cooler air, the changing leaves, and taking a drive with my son to enjoy everything Connecticut has to offer this time of year.

We’re lucky to have some pretty incredible foliage right here in our backyard!
