Some people only stay in our life for a little while… but leave a big mark.
The closing is today. I met Moe and Virginia just six weeks ago and wished I had met them earlier in life. Every-time I went to their house I stayed a while and we laughed , had long conversations, and Virginia was always feeding me. They built such a beautiful life here, and now they are moving back to Brazil. I’m so happy for my new friends but will miss them terribly! I was honored to be able to help them sell their home for way over what they were asking!!

I am so happy for this family! This was one of my tougher transactions. We were on a tight deadline, submitted offer after offer, and kept hearing, “Sorry, they went with someone else.” My clients were just about ready to give up and start looking for rentals. But then we found it, the ONE! 🏡 Of course, we were up against multiple offers again. But I couldn’t let this one go. We put everything into it, fought hard, added a little sugar on top and WE WON!!
So many emotions today. I’m beyond proud of these buyers. They trusted the process, stuck with it, and now they have a place to call home.
