The closing date changed. Our commitment didn’t.

Back in June, we agreed to purchase this property in Enfield. The home was being sold through an estate, and before the sale could happen, the probate and title details needed to be settled.
That meant waiting, and adjusting the closing date more than once.

For the seller, those details were another part of getting the property sold. Our part was to stay committed to the purchase and give the process the time it needed.

On September 24, we completed the as-is purchase. The seller had one less thing to handle, and we became the new owners!

A fuel oil spill is enough to make most buyers walk away.

We bought the property.

The owner of this property in East Hampton was facing a stressful situation and wanted to move on. We knew about the spill before buying, took on the risk, and closed in just a few days. The owner could move forward without carrying the stress and uncertainty of figuring out what came next.
