Did you file Beneficiary Ownership Info (BOI) for your company? FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) has launched a "mandatory" reporting requirement from 2024. It covers any companies (LLC or Corp or Sole Proprietorship) registered in the US. The deadline is December 31, 2024. Anybody can go to the below link and register for all members (whose info need to be reported). This is ONE TIME entry.

If the company is dissolved down the line, no action is required.
However, if the address of the company or person changes or ownership % changes among other things, you need to immediately go and update it.

Below members need to be reported.

1. Owner with 25%+ ownership and/or
2. Anyone with significant role in money activities (Handling Money) such as CEO or CFO or Manager
