D'Alessandro Insurance Agency is seeking licensed Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance Agents to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are driven, customer-focused, and eager to build long-term relationships while providing exceptional insurance solutions.

What You'll Do

- Assist clients in identifying insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverages
- Quote, sell, and service Personal Lines insurance including Auto, Home, Umbrella, Renters, and Recreational Vehicles
- Work with Commercial Lines clients including Contractors, Retail, Professional Services, and other small businesses
- Review existing policies and identify coverage gaps
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate referrals and cross-sell opportunities
- Help clients understand their coverages so they can make informed decisions

Qualifications

* Active Property & Casualty License required
* Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Insurance sales and service experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated with a professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with personal lines, commercial lines, or both is a plus
