The 6 C's of credit
1. Character - How well do you pay your bills. Are you financially trust worthy?
2. Capacity - Do you have the ability to repay a loan?
3. Capital - How much can you put toward an investment?
4. Collateral - Are there assets that can act as a security for a loan
5. Conditions - This can be referred as to how a borrower intends to the money. Interest rates and principal influence the lender's decision on amount to finance.
6. Credit Score - Lender all have different thresholds for what is an acceptable credit score. Check your score often and review for inaccuracies.
