Small Business Friday!
Meet Justin and Ashley Rogers, the founders of Level Up Strength & Nutrition. I was able to sit down with them to discuss why they opened their business and what motivates them.

Justin graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in Exercise Science and has been weightlifting since 2014 but has focused more on powerlifting for the last two years. He wanted to grow beyond the “bro-science” approach to fitness and help others “be better than what they were before” using science-backed and evidence-based strength and nutrition programming. Justin focuses on guiding his clients through a personalized health and wellness experience to become stronger and more confident in themselves.

Ashley, his amazing wife, and business partner, graduated from Florida State University with her degree in Exercise Science/Pre-Med and is a specialist in helping women with PCOS, thyroid issues and endometriosis. She is also a certified nutrition coach with NASM and certified Women’s Coaching Specialist + through Girls Gone Strong. By being specialized in those areas, she can help women “find their own body again”, which is something that Ashley is extremely passionate about.

They began their virtual coaching when Covid began, but really decided to start this program when they became sick of all the conflicting health information being spread. The Rogers opened up Level Up Strength & Nutrition and made it a research-based program so their clients can achieve their goals. Their program can be done virtually and is adaptable to what equipment the clients do or don’t have. This company is truly built on the “passion in progress” principal. They can be reached online through most social media platforms and their website at www.levelupstrengthandnutrition.com.

Thank you Justin and Ashley for being amazing and passionate in what you do!
