💡 **Program Highlights:**
- **Primary Mortgage:** Must meet LTV requirements.
- **Assistance Details:** Get a second lien mortgage covering 3% of the purchase price, up to $15,000.
- **Payment Flexibility:** No monthly payments and no interest on the second lien. The full balance is due upon refinancing the first lien mortgage or at payoff.
- **Voluntary Payments:** Make payments on the second lien anytime during the loan term, if you choose to.

🔑 **Eligibility Criteria:**
