I’m thrilled to share a recent win that our team at Luxe Mortgage had the honor of being a part of. A wonderful family came to us after they’d been told by another lender that their home-buying journey had hit a dead end. Instead of giving up, their realtor gave us a shout and suggested they chat with us for a second opinion.
We rolled up our sleeves and got to work. We helped them with a rapid rescore to boost their credit, and we were able to get them into the Florida Bond Program, which provided them with $10,000 in closing cost assistance. We were able to get the loan clear-to-close within one week of the original contract date, even after the initial setback. In the end, we turned what seemed like a no-go into a happy closing day!
