Yoga is a great daily practice for your Physical & Mental wellbeing! I first started yoga after a track injury as a teen. I started it as rehab therapy. I still do it now for 'daily life therapy' 😍 It makes a difference.

Good Works Mission Update: Friday was our last full day at Good Works in Athens Ohio.
- Friday morning: Biff (Hubby) fixed the door at ‘the 3rd’ Sharon's house. (We had the pleasure to help 3 lovely ladies named Sharon that week.)
-I cleaned the windows & door at Good Works 'Sign of Hope house'. Jeremy & Luke did much harder work, but at least I completed something that they didn't have to do 😅. All the folks there are hard workers with hearts of gold.

The Sign of Hope house also has multiple washers & dryers in it to serve up ‘Loads of Hope’ to the community.

-Friday evening was a Community Dinner for all the folks involved in the ministry.. those benefiting from the ministry as well as all the folks working in the ministry to help their community.

We made 4 large batches of Baked Zitti with salad & lots of bottled water to keep cool! The community dinner was followed by outdoor summer fun with frisbee's & corn hole. It felt much like a big family reunion.

I didn't take photos during this dinner. (The other pics I took I asked each person if I could take their photo. There were so many folks & we had lots to do... so we concentrated on the tasks & serving.)

I found a reel from a past Friday night to post after this. 😃

Hello all! I'm in Athens Ohio w/ my hubby William Biff Arnold on a service project this week working with Buddy & Luke at Good Works, Inc.

Today we mowed Sharon's lawn. She used to work on Good Works staff dedeicating her efforts helping others. She's retired now & needs some help now.
Yesterday we mowed 2 lawns people who due to age, illness or cancer treatments can't do that for themselves anymore.

This afternoon we are power washing a deck for a senior couple. They have a lovely home down a gravel drive with a nice deck the length of the house nestled under a canopy of trees. Those trees with a slight breeze & plenty of water to drink as well as water spraying on the deck helps a lot today. (It is 93 degrees & feels like 103 with the humidity.)
