“I feel this is really a team effort with my office co-workers Kiara and Krystal. The three of us have the same idea of what a front office should be like, which is to make everyone feel welcomed, seen and cared for when they walk into Lincoln Trail...while having a little fun with it.

I may be answering phones, the doorbell, calming chaos, fixing printer meltdowns, handing out ice packs, or giving morning pep talks — but the best part is knowing every bit of it matters. I’m grateful to be part of the heartbeat of a place that impacts kids every single day.”

Let us review your quote!

We recently had a client reach out saying they were going to leave to save money on insurance. Thankfully we got the chance to review that, and it really is incredible the quotes some carriers will show people. Highlights, maybe lowlights, of that were:

1. Auto quote was missing a vehicle

2. If their roof was damaged in a hail storm, the other carrier would have paid $13,000 less for the damage due to their deductible and actual cash value coverage (instead of full replacement cost)

3. Their secondary home (a lake house condo) didn’t have critical liability and loss assessment coverages.

4. Once we did a full review, it turned out we were almost $1,000 less than them if we reduced our coverage to their level, but we keep good coverage and were still $600+ per year lower.

“My favorite part about working at FGS would have to be the relationships I have formed with students! Seeing them outside of school and them running up to me for a hug or just saying “Hi Mrs. Phillips” from a far is so special to me! My favorite part of my day is greeting all of the students in the morning at the front door with a smile and a “Have a great day” so they have a positive fresh start to their day no matter what their morning was like at home!”
