Found this little guy in front of my inventory home.
We were a good 500 feet from the lake so I picked him up and brought him home. Tiny little fella. Hope he will be okay.

Are you worried about interest rates and home payments?
Well technically I can still get you a 4.99% interest rates on select homes for a limited time. This isn't a buydown... (where it expires...) this is 5% for the life of the loan and can save you $300 a month on the monthly payment ($that's $108,000 on a 30 year loan!!)

The newest section is coming online. Section 15 has a pocket park and esplanade, corner/cul de sac lots, oversize, and lots without rear neighbors. If you have some special interests in lots and what you are trying to get I encourage you to swing by the office for more information. I have people already picking out their lots!
