Anything less than 670 is BAD CREDIT😢😢😢😢
1. Yes, you might get approved for a car! But, they will run your credit multiple times! This results in hard inquiries, which is 10% of your credit! This can be damaging & should be avoided! If you see a sign that says, “ BAD CREDIT OKAY”- never purchase from them!!
2. Yes, you may be approved for a credit card! But, it’s going to have an annual fee ( in most cases) & you will have a high interest rate ( PRIME + APR). Be careful not to apply for credit cards on site like credit karma! They are retail ballparks—- they will solicit an offer to you despite knowing you don’t qualify because they get paid per click!
3. Yes, you can obtain a home loan, but your interest rate & down payment will be higher, meaning you’ll finance the same house over 30 years but pay tens of thousands more than your neighbor who had good credit! NEVER fall into the 580 Approval Trap!!!! People who purchase at 580 are more likely to have late payments or default on the loan.
