Congratulations to my clients on building their custom home with Joseph Douglas Homes in Menomenee Falls!!

The home building process is very detailed with a lot steps and decisions to make. While it's fun to make these decisions, it can be overwhelming. Luckily we've had them locked in for 90 days, so financially there's no changes. Our onetime close construction loan proved to be a great option.

Back from a week of Spring Break in Florida with my family. So important to unplug and recharge your batteries. 😎

Congratulations to my first time homebuyers closing on their new Veridian home today!! A wonderful family moving next door to some of their close freinds, who I have also worked with, in the Eagle Trace neighborhood. This new construction got started last year in July and closing today. Luckily we were able to lock them in for 6 months and buy them down during that time.

Congratulations to my clients on their first home!! This home represents a stepping stone for the buyers to enter home ownership as well as a stepping stone for the selling couple who lived there for 37 years. 😮

At closing the sellers' graciously presented the buyers with a box of ALL owner's manuals and records of all updates they have done over the years. A meticulous couple that kept the house in great shape and found pride in passing their home along to a new family.

Happy New Year!!

Ended the year on good note, helping a family move from NY to WI to be closer to their adult children in the area. They found this lovely home while still living in NY and had to act quickly. Their agent and I worked diligently to get this offer accepted. The closing took place while they were celebrating the holidays with the family in NY. We signed most of their paperwork electronically together over video. Then we coordinated with a local title company to have a mobile notary closer visit them conveniently in their NY home to sign the remainder of the paperwork.
