Day 3: Time in nature! This is the time of year in Wisconsin when Mother Nature is really showing off-- the crunchy colorful leaves, the pink skies, and.... brisk temperatures. But (as we say in the Midwest) there's no bad weather, just bad clothes. So we bundle up and appreciate ALL this season has to offer!

This week Beth was named the recipient of the 2025 Gail Winslow Award! The award recognizes women at RBC that go above and beyond to support the growth of other women.

When asked about the award Beth said, "As I look at the list of past award recipients, I am honored to count each of them as my friend. They are all outstanding humans, but the through line is their generosity. I am in rare air! Pinch me!"

We were so inspired this weekend! Beth was the swim captain and helped 627 tiny triathletes complete the swim portion of the Middleton Tri 4 Schools triathlon. The kids all worked hard and stepped out of their comfort zones. And all of the race registration proceeds go back to our community schools to support physical education! How cool is that??
