Something I did this morning. After I dropped the Boys off to School, I sat down at home and wrote down 5 things that I'm Grateful for. It's a good way to get in the right frame of mind on a Monday morning.

It’s been awhile!

JERRY’S RECIPE OF THE WEEK:

BLUEBERRY PANCAKES!

I know many of you will doubt this simple recipe like I did but give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Pearl Milling Company COMPLETE Buttermilk Pancake Mix. (I have always made pancakes from scratch but believe it or not these are just as good and quick)!

Just follow the directions to make the batter.

I buy a pint of blueberries from Kroger or Walmart

Add a lot of the blueberries to a bowl and mash them with a potato masher (just how I do it)

Add blueberries to the batter and cook! I cover the grittle with butter.

Enjoy!!
