Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Miranda Yount, AAMS, CRPC Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Miranda Yount Nearing retirement — or already in it — and still have questions? You’re not alone.

As a personal financial planner, my mission is to help simplify, organize, and manage our clients financial lifestyles: To help people gain clarity and confidence about how they can achieve a high return on life — today and decades from now. I offer comprehensive financial advice and planning, but my primary focus is on Pre‑Retirement
(planning and preparing you leading up to your transition into

retirement) and Post‑Retirement (designing a custom portfolio and income strategy intended to last 30+ years, so when your job stops paying you, your paychecks keep arriving). These two phases require thoughtful, specialized planning — and that’s where I come in. I follow an established 5‑step process that helps answer questions nearly everyone has:
Am I saving enough? How long will my current lifestyle last? When can I confidently and comfortably retire? What can I do now to make sure I never worry about running out of money? Most people reach out to me during some of life’s biggest moments like--- employment changes, inheritances, or a lifestyle shift due to a new marriage, death, or divorce. Most importantly, client's simply are ready to receive professional advice and feel more in-control. Helping people navigate these turning points — and the emotions that come with them — is the heart of my work. Every plan we build focuses on your needs, wants, and wishes, supported by:
-Clear, actionable strategies
-Options tailored to your comfort level
-Guidance designed to keep your best interests at the center

I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, specialized in Family Financial Planning and Counseling, along with the following professional designations:
AAMS™ – Accredited Asset Management Specialist
CRPC™ – Certified Retirement Planning Counselor
ChFC® – Chartered Financial Consultant

With a highly skilled staff and robust resources behind us, we aim to be your dedicated financial advisory team. You’ll often first meet Karen Kiger, FPQP™, my senior branch office administrator. Clients love Karen for her warm, caring approach, and exceptional service.
