“Busy ≠ Productive”

I have talked to a lot of people so many are too busy to invest too busy to schedule that second call too busy to fill out that questionnaire to give the information I need in order to pair you up with the right franchise investment options for you…but somehow never too busy to complain about money to make more money or wanting more time with your kids or trying to feel better about what you do professionally

So being busy doesn’t mean you’re building anything.
Most people are just running in circles with very full calendars.
Real progress comes from making one uncomfortable decision, not adding another meeting to your calendars.
Sure busy feels safe, and building feels risky.

“The Comfort Lie”

So many people I talk to express this desire for change but as I get to the interviewing process it's pretty clear its change is great as long as it does not make them uncomfortable.

Owning a franchise really does not have to be scary frankly.
Staying in the same job that you already told me you are uncomfortable or unhappy with or feels like you just getting nowhere like another five years, that's scary
So the risk is far less about starting something new and it's far more about getting really at just staying stuck and unhappy
So growth feels uncomfortable at first.
That’s how you know it’s working.

“Google University”

“I love when people say, ‘I’ve been researching franchises online and i want to buy chick fil or a i wanna buy this home services franchise, Congrats you graduated from Google University.”

Look watching videos and reading blogs doesn’t make you prepared.
It makes you informed… and you still gonna be stuck what if that brand only sells to people who meets specific financial criteria or they want to want you to be full time but you are not willing to quit your job or the territory already sold or may its been earn marked for existing franchise whos at the territory net door and just waiting for someone to say i am interested and then buy it.

So real investing isn’t about knowing everything
it’s about knowing what actually matters and acting on it.
Research is useful but living in that space is not even close to enough. That's where I come in.

Waiting Is the Plan?

Some people say they’re waiting for clarity and waiting for the right time. When the market feels safer.
What they really mean is… they’re waiting to feel comfortable.
Here’s the truth: clarity doesn’t come first action does.

As … the top-producing franchise, here’s what I’ve learned about building a business that not only delivers strong financial returns but also brings me joy:
• Align with your values and interests. For me, that’s community impact, youth enrichment, and of course—(sports).
• Work on the business, not in the business. If I’m coaching 10+ classes a week and scheduling every coach myself, I can’t sustain fast-paced growth (hello, second territory 👀).
• Remember: the customer experience starts at the top. As the owner, you set the tone for quality and culture. Lead by example. Stay humble. Lead with kindness, curiosity, and compassion. It will take you far.
• Always move things forward. Consistency is key. Reach out to one new contact a day. Grab coffee with a local business owner who could be a partner. Post a thought on social media. Send a text of gratitude to a community partner. Support a new business owner in need. The little daily actions add up.
• Set goals. Without a target, you lose focus. Define the goal, create strategies and tactics, and give yourself permission to pivot when needed. Staying flexible and adaptable is how you actually reach the finish line.
